We use own high-quality cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, please inform us ahead of time.

Can I book a one-time cleaning service, or do I need a recurring plan?
We offer both one-time and recurring cleaning services. Whether you need a single deep clean or regular maintenance, we can accommodate your needs.

Who will be cleaning the place?
At Fantastic Duo, we personally handle all cleanings (always as a Duo). As the business owners, we are committed to delivering high-quality service and building trust with our clients.

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. This ensures protection for both you and our team in case of accidents or damages during our cleaning services.

Which regions do you cover?
We operate in Vancouver and surrounding areas. such as: Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver. (Special request Langley, White Rock, Surrey and Coquitlam). If you’re unsure whether we cover your location, feel free to contact us.

How do I book a cleaning service?
You can schedule a cleaning by calling us or sending an email. Let us know your preferred date, time, and service type.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel to avoid a cancellation fee.
